They should do something radical. Base the Raptor off the F250 and give it the 6.7 power stroke. :biggun:

Just because it’s coded into the VIN scheme doesn’t mean it’s coming out immediately. It just means eventually there will be a raptor version on the next gen F-150

2021 sounds too soon to me unless it is the last year of the current gen. Don't believe what some random Ford exec supposedly said. Show me what it actually looks like....these random truck blogs are always click baity.

Even in just renderings its crazy how different the gen1 to gen3 would look. makes me feel like the gen1 just became a classic collectors car lol

These things don’t just come out of no where. You would see spy shots just like this f150.
My guess Ford is focusing on the f150 and bronco launch.

My guess we will hear about the new raptor late summer 2021 for 2022 release. Perfect timing for me as I would want to buy 1 year into the release so the bugs are worked out (2023) :)

Just hope they don't go all digital on the speedometer and tachometer, although the smaller ones for the engine oil and transmission temperature don't look too bad and seem to function like an analog gauge.

I guess it depends on how they implement the way they look.

I bet there will be a late 2021 model Raptor in the summer of ‘21. Ford saw how popular the Raptor was and they are all about selling trucks. And Dodge has stepped it up with the new Rebel TRX. A lot of competition in this segment now and Ford will not wait and be late to the game....just my $0.02
