My 2019 SCAB arrived last Thursday and I couldn't be happier however my wife struggles to pull the passenger seatbelt into position for fastening. I have no trouble on the Driver's side and I noticed that the buckle on the driver's side is conveniently positioned above the rear door handle while the passenger's buckle is inconveniently positioned below the rear door handle. Is this by design? Is there some safety reason with which I am not familiar?
