Finally figured it out. ...sync connect gathering data
Recently installed the following
Zen a2b
Sundown SFB 2000d mono amp
Kenwood x302-4 amp
Sundown SLD d2 10” (2)
Kappa 93ix 6x9
Kappa 6.5”
kept getting sync connect issue with no volume. Took it to stealership as I thought it was the head unit. Steralership said only way to update would be re install b&o amp as it receives updates.....bs. In the end, even if the WiFi is clicked off and updates are off, you will get this memo with no volume IF you use Bluetooth function instead of usb only
