Do you think it will still fit with a Retrax bed cover fully opened? The cover uses up about 13” of bed space?
Also, worried about how to tie the atv down in the bed.

Thanks for all of the replies.
I think I’m going to buy the Polaris Sportsman 1000. Does anyone know if this definitely fits in the back? I can’t find stock anywhere!

I use to carry my Sportsman 570 and also Sportsman 1000 in the bed of my Raptor. I had larger tires with wider offset wheels and it still fit ok. A little tight though.

highly doubtful since the rear tires are squarely on the tailgate without the loss of 13”

Wont be able to close tailgate obviously, but totally doable, I’d get some nice aluminum foldable bed ramps & I’d recommend backing it onto the truck vs driving straight on- while it can be avoided- I shattered the back window of one of my GMC trucks when the parking brake (really just the hand brake lock) came loose on my Polaris, it wasn’t in gear (thought it was- the tensioning of straps in opposite direction may have popped it out) & it rolled forward a few inches on an abrupt stop kissing the rear window. Impossible to happen on most ATVs if they’re backed onto the end since the rear tires typically stick out well past the rear rack.
