Thanks for the Credit!
Looks like this might be my build.
INVOICE MSRP
Super Crew 4x4 5.5’ Box W1R $47,718.00 $51,310.00
J7 Magnetic
802A Luxury $8,597.00 $9,345.00
61C Carbon Fiber Package $916.00 $995.00
68R Raptor Technology Package $1,795.00 $1,950.00
63T Tailgate Step $345.00 $375.00
90H Second Row heated Seats $115.00 $125.00
67H Heated Steering wheel $143.00 $155.00
43V Twin Panel Moonroof $1,192.00 $1,295.00
TOTAL $60,821.00 $65,550.00

I want to do the exact same minus the Carbon Fiber Package.

This could be my first purchased/ordered brand new vehicle.(have had a couple CPO Infiniti's) How hard will this be to purchase around invoice at the $60k mark?

Do I wait a bit, or hit up as many dealers as I can now and tell them what I am willing to pay?

I'm in a different state every week for work, so flying anywhere to pick one up would not be an issue...

Can I get a number for all you guys that are thinking they are getting one at invoice? I ran out of weed and I'm hoping your dealer has some he can spare [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I hope Ford is paying ADD well. All this talk about how great this new truck is and now they are trying to convince us that $67,000 for a Raptor is a good deal [emoji1303]

lol, touche.

I am not expecting to get one at invoice, just curious if it is possible. Thinking about the pre-tax and pre-delivery reality of $65k, just kind of took the wind out of my sails a bit. I was probably just up-in-the-night hoping to get what I wanted for close or even under $60k. Now that I see that number on my calculator it has me second guessing my life choices...

That switch in my brain must have existed somewhere between spending 60k and 65k on a truck.

Does anyone know if the 3% holdback applies to each line item or just the base price of the truck. That's a $1700 diff for me since I'm getting invoice minus holdback

If you can, wait. The dealers know there is a lot of buildup and they pray for these moments. If not, call around and call a lot of dealers. Find one that will order one and get you a deal. Don't settle for ADM. I'm hearing stupid numbers out there. The Raptor builds won't be limited to a certain number.

Another thing to consider...buy a regular F150 (w/ a V8) and let these Raptor companies **cough** RPG **cough** get some suspension upgrades for you. The first gen Raptor was a bargain and there wasn't a lot of options for Ford aftermarket suspension. The new industry that has been created can turn a normal F150 into a nice offroad truck for less than what the new ones are going to cost. You're looking at almost $80,000 and after you factor in financing you're close to $100,000!!! I bought my F150 for $37,000 and if I spent $20,000 on RPG parts I'd still be well under the price of the new truck. I know some dealers will actually do the builds on cars and include it in financing. I've never done that and I'm sure there are limitations in terms of financing but it's always an option.
