was not a fan of these new oem projector headlights at 1st but they are growing on me. especially the ones u custom build Dawson. maybe down the road ill have to jump on a set of 13's and then i can change up my look between my 2 sets...keep up the great work man!

Headlights are arriving today, UPS just called and asked if they could send half today and half tomorrow, lol. The closest hub is a hour away and they would have to send a extra truck if I wanted them all today.

hey whats the performance of these vs LS460 or FXR 55watts.
i got a buddy that has em and hes not very impressed at all... my FXR's are way brighter with a sharp colour.

Yeah, the oem comes with a 35w setup. Its nearly twice as bright as halogen lights but when compared to a 50w system the 50w puts out about 1000 more lumen per side. What it boils down to is if you really like the look of the 2013's. A lot of guys have gone with the EvoX 50w upgrade so its the best of both worlds.

OEM projectors come with a Fresnel lens to blur the cutoff, aftermarket come with a clear lens for a sharp colorful cutoff.

So you can upgrade just the bulb in the factory 2013's? ...and TWO UPS TRUCKS?! Damn, man!

No , the EvoX upgrade is a whole new projector. The bulb type switches to a D2S from D3S so you can use much higher quality bulbs and push them with 50w without any issues.
