2013 Ford Raptor: Parking Lamps

Try the battery reset I guess. Dash switch is a possible but I'm not sure how it interacts with the BCM. Did you make any changes to the truck around the same time this occurred?

Nothing new, i noticed that the grill markers didn’t work last week so I changed out the fuse and it turned them back on and now this week all the parking lights don’t turn on.

Try replacing the rear bulbs first, they could be grounding out, I know it sounds stupid, but since they are all connected, it does sound like a grounding problem, this is a cheap check. Use new bulbs, they usually come in a 2 pack anyway. If that doesn't work, sounds like a trip to the stealership.
