2012 raptor transmission issue maybe?

just got this truck and noticed that the truck surges a little while in drive and at or just above idle while moveing slowly. is this normsl or is there an issue that needs address?

Welcome. I have owned a few Gen 1 Raptors and have had the same issue in each one. Tranny seems fine and checked out when I had it looked at. Only a little bit of RPM surge. If worried get it looked at. How many miles?

171k miles, i have had many vehicles standard and automatics but have never felt this before this one. im having the trans fluid and filter changed and will change the fluid in about a month to help delute the old fluid still in the converter. i will see how it goes. butvit they all fo this i wont worry. thanks for your rrply
