2011 wire rubbing inside of rim

I just got my 2011 SCREW and while driving it home I heard some noise coming from the drivers side front wheel. When I checked it out it appears the WSS wire is mounted incorrectly, is it simply upside down? I can’t find a good picture of how it should be mounted, and the other side is the same way.
