I've been poking around the forums and the internet, looks like the common answer is that there is a control module somewhere that may need reset or refreshed.
Old camera worked, sort of, would go blue every once in a while, picture was very grainy, and no overlays or zoom. New camera, nice picture, no loss of signal, overlays are there, but ZOOM1, ZOOM2, and ZOOM3 do nothing when selected. The original camera part number has long since been superceded so I suspect its something in a one of the CMs needs reset with a new camera (from TASCA).
Any experience here with this occurring after camera replacement on a GEN 1, before I get aggravated at a dealership, would like the schoolbook right answer.
Thanks ahead of time.
