Welcome to the place, congrats on your raptor. How long have you had it (mileage)? The plugs should of been changed twice by now and the coils and wires at least once. I would start with all new plugs, and wires (if they are original wires), install a new air filter, clean the air filter box and the MAF sensor.

It will cost a little to replace all 16 plugs and wires, but well worth it, do that and the air filter, get some maf cleaner and clean the sensor, I always clean out my air filter box so it is spotless, I hate putting a new air filter into a dirty area. The plugs can be a bit cumbersome, so if you are not patient enough or whatever, have your favorite mechanic or dealer do the service.
