2010 to 2011 Transmission Shifter Conversion

I have a 2010 Raptor and want to see if it is possible to convert it to the 2011 shifter that allows you to choose all gears rather than 1, 2, 3, D? Any help would be appreciated. I assume that a computer reflash may be needed, possibly a seperate transmission computer, wiring harness pieces, the actual shifter, and other parts. Just want to know if it is possible.

New shifter parts and such are obvious but the module and wiring that would be needed is what would make it a pain in the ass.
