2010 scab with issues

I'm looking at a 2010 scab , blue, 6.2l. 125k miles. Interior very nice. Shocks rebuilt 10k ago, full tube headers n tune, otherwise stock. Asking price $18500. Issues: rockers are totally gone(michigan truck), cab corners would need replaced also. Has a crease in bed above broken taillight 6"x3". $1000 fix roughly. Passenger mirror broken also. Would need tires immediately. Undercarriage has rust but nothing major. Only leak is from a plug on passenger side of transmission. Overall well taken care of truck just the issues above. What's it worth? Whats a reasonable offer? Thanks

I would pass on that truck.

If your budget restricted to about 20k, then its a Raptor for 20k. If you wanted a truck to drive and enjoy without worrying too much about the body work then that would be the one. You could do the restoration later.

If you've got a $35k budget buy a nicer truck to start with, because you'll have more than that into this one before you have it as nice as a good rust free example.
