2010 Raptor 60k miles v8

Alright ,

I think I found the truck and wanted your advice before making the purchase.

It’s a 2010 v8 with less than 50k miles.

What should I look for that might be a red flag. This will be my first truck and wanting to keep it for a while.

I would start by looking for the search function in the top right corner. Or spend a few minutes in the Gen 1 section...

I would crawl underneath and look for rust. Everything else is replaceable.

Have Ford look up maintenance records, ensure where it is from. See if the bolts and screws have wear/ wrench marks. Exhaust in tact, still have cats? Have few grand available just in case you need shocks and have ALL the fluids changed.

Can you confirm this is a 5.4, or a 6.2 truck?
If it’s the 5.4, I would move on to finding a 6.2 truck.
Also, depending on if this was a southern truck, I would look for rust on the rocker panels and cab corners.

It’s a 6.2 from Pennsylvania to California

That’s really low miles for that truck there shouldn’t be a whole lot of any issues
