So I am planning an E50 tune with Winfield and wanted a baseline before doing so. Did some 0-60 times yesterday. 6.47 on stock tune. 5.38 on Cobb 93 stage 2 and 5.11 on goose tuned stage 2. But my 60’ was 2.13 on my fastest run. I was launching in sport mode on 4a at about 2500rpm.

How are you all hitting 1.8-1.9 in that 60’ time? That would put me in the 4.8x range. Looks like my times might be limited by my skills or tires. Lol

Put it in 4 HI sport mode, Brake torque to 2500 rpm then hit it. Cobb Stage 1 91 octane . 180 thermostat and BBK throttle body . Only mods so far . Plus it was real crap weather and DA . 4 Auto there is a delay it feels like to me , so i run 4 HI.

You absolutely need to flip that dial to 2wd as soon as you hit 2nd gear. If you leave it in 4A or 4H it slows you down. That’s how I got my 4.5 0-60.

When when you are tuned you also need to turn off the traction control because in my case it spins all 4 out of the hole and traction control slows you down.

Didn't think of traction control. Thank you both. Next run will be 4hi sport, traction control disabled, and switching to 2wd after launch. Also waiting to install new tires as mine are shot so that will help too I think. Then on to E50.

You will know when you get 1.7s 60fts it feel like somebody ran into the back of your truck. I remember with slicks on my 454ss and 02 Lightning .

Are you launching in 4A or 4H off the line?

I have tried both and it’s about the same. I tired Sport 4A and 4H and Baja 4H.
I tried 4H and quickly switched to 2H around 2nd-3rd gear the other day but my rear axle felt like it was all over the place off t56AFDC15-9C6E-4CE2-9BDE-636D363FE7C0.pnghe line. See how slow off the line the graph indicates. Probably need to install some traction bars!!
