roush supercharger

So my misfire adventure continues on my 2013 Roushed 6.2. So far I have replaced plugs, tested all 8 coils, and wires, listened to injector taps. But I still get the misfire cylinder 1 popping up and running rough. Swapped around coils also. Not sure where the original #1 pack is but its not on...

I took my raptor to Fastlane in Houston to get the phase 2 Roush phase2 SC installed. I asked them to change the spark plugs with the install. They were not very polite. Not very good customer service , charged me $1000 to change them, long story short when I got the truck back it wasnt running...
