Update: Brought truck back to dealership for them to look at fender - they agreed to replace the flare. I likely won't return to this dealership for more service (they likewise chipped the paint on my wheels around lug nuts when they rotated wheels). All in all a bad experience.

I'm gonna insist on a new fender flare. If they fight me on it I will post their name here and elsewhere and will never go back there. I'm gonna give them the chance to do right. Told them I'd call monday to set up an appointment as I'm too busy the rest of this week.
