I don't remember rubbing, ever. I was only on stock perch for a month or so before going to mid, but I never once felt a rub.

Wheel Spacers, are you with or against?

I would not be cutting your hub studs, return those spacers and get a proper pair of 1.5" if your going to do it right.

20s on 37s stock fender flares

Those are def some negative offset wheels, which is not going to help your already bad rubbing issue. Especially if the pinch welds have not been modified. Your probably going to have to get some fenders, which at that point, would have been better going with the fenders and mid perch instead...

Wheel Spacers, are you with or against?

I run the same ones as you and have had them on for about 2 months with no issues at all. If you torque them correctly, as well as check them after 50 miles, you should be good to go. Like I have said before, I use the 1.5" on my stock wheels for my winter setup. I don't do any real offroading...

New Toyo 35x12.5x20's pulling to the right

Mine do the same thing. Had alignment checked twice and it is right on. Have had them on for about 5k now and it has gotten better, not perfect though. Guess its just something we have to live with. May go with the Nitto Trail Grapplers next, no sure yet though.

Post Your Wheel and Tire Pics !

I also have the stock wheels plastidipped with 1.5 inch hub centric spacers all around. Looks awesome. As long as your buying quality spacers I wouldn't be worrying about it too much. To be clear though, this is my winter setup and don't do much of any off-roading during the winter months. I...

Stock wheels plastidipped and 1.5" wheel spacers

I dont have any issues with rubbing. I am at mid perch as well. The spacers basically put the stock wheel where a Method with a 0mm offset would sit. I have not had any rubbing issues with my Methods either.

    New '13 Raptor

The sensors should not be coming on unless a tire is dropping below 38-40 PSI. Probably a bad sensor, take to the dealer if it doesn't turn off.

Stock wheels plastidipped and 1.5" wheel spacers

Btw the wheels on my Roush are also plastidipped. They have been done for over a year and have held up great so far. ALSO, I have plastidipped the wheels on my RZR and I have beat the shit out of that thing through mud and rocks. They also have held up great. Can't really beat it for the price...
