should have been 2 for 2. The other two got a huge leap, for the F150 to catchup and almost pass both of them that should say a lot about the gmc and ram.
typical forum question: what do you plan to do with it?
If you plan to wheel it hard, replace the suspension with stage 2/3 stuff and add boost and a cage I'd say go with the '12. But If you just want a bunch of new technology and can afford the higher price tag then go with the '17.
Would it fit an 01 f150? :ROFLJest:
Can you split up the kit? In case I want to purchase just the swing arms, links, and shocks, but make my own cage?
BTW, would you happen to know the distance between the bed bolts (side to side)?
I like the angle cut bed and extremely low profile bumper, exhaust is neat but id trim it back some to protect it from getting smashed during high angle departures.
your own bedcage for toolboxes, any other equipment
roof rack?
Your own lower control arm guards
bumpers
exhaust out the bedside like race trucks
Your state flag on the headliner
Im sure I can think of a few more.
that 4 link you see, is actually the front crossmember drop down bracket support. it prevents the front end to be bent back when you hit/run over something...like a curb.
I have converted to HID Hella 500's behind my grill and do a good job of melting flurrys before they get to my radiator, but even my Rigid dually fog lights down low do well after I kick the ice off em in the morning... They seem to handle the abuse very well so far. I do have some Vision X...
