Well I'm averaging about 10.9 MPG on my crap commute up and down the 405 freeway from the San Fernando Valley to the South Bay in Los Angeles.,the stop and go is what's killing me.

This thread is more entertaining than all the shows of the last 10 seasons of SNL. Combined.

Finally picked up my 2014 Black SE from Redlands Ford after a nearly 11 month wait. Originally ordered a 2013 on 1/02/2013. A long wait, but worth the savings.

My truck finally arrived. Ordered 1/02/2013. Re=ordered in August for a 2014 Model and arrived this past week. Picked it up yesterday. This thing is a beast.

For me, the savings made it easier for the wife to swallow the idea (did I just say that?). $53K for a loaded '14 SE ordered vs. $57K+ sticker, plus the 10% California Tax, buys a lot of mods. Was worth it for me, and it will be about 10 1/2 months of waiting.

When I ordered my SE, I was told I had no choice but to order the hood and box side graphics. It's automatically included in the SE package even tough it shows up as different line items on the DORA.

I believe I was number 3 on the list for 2014s. I was a carryover from the 2013 list, where I started at #29.

^^ Lax told me my'14 is due to be built this Friday 11/08. Figuring three weeks or so for delivery.

My dealer walked me through the 2014 order guide today. All of the 2013 colors are carrying over, plus the addition of Ruby Red on the Special Edition. No other new colors.
