Give Nick @ Rogue Racing a call he will answer any questions you have. Without cutting the bed and getting maximum performance out of the rear the Cantilever system is the best bet. Not cheap, but will outperform other setups.

Your exhaust would have to be routed to end near the back of the cab as the cantilever movement will interfere with anything past that.
