Are you using Windows? If so, go to Start and then Computer. You should see that new device there, can you right click on it and go to 'Format'? Formatting it should get rid of everyone on it, including whatever is making it "secure". I copy my entire iTunes library to mine and make playlists...

I plasti-dipped mine the day after I bought the truck, took about 20 minutes. I've power washed them once after going off reading and it's still holding up fine. There are different colors, but not sure if that answers your question. You can get it at Home Depot.

If it's where I think you are talking about its still there (friend took his deuce back there recently), but haven't actually been back there in a few years. I think I've seen you a few times on the toll road. I'm in a black 13, but I get off at 495 to go to McLean.

Depends on where in VA, not all county's require emissions. I have a cai, tune, catback, midpipes with high flow cats on my Jeep SRT and I should pass emissions (gotta get one by the end of the month). But that's for the Jeep not sure on the Raptor since I don't have mine yet. So depending on...
