Mine comes from the tailgate striker pins, not the hinges. I constantly have to put grease on them to prevent a high pitch squeak. Maybe give that a shot.

If it is the case the shocks were designed and installed knowing the tires would leave the ground. I (and I'm sure several others) jump the truck pretty regularly and haven't had any issues with the shocks. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I'm confused how that math works out. Your over all diameter stays the same,your wheel size goes up by 3 inches but you only loose an inch of side wall? I just can't quite grasp that one.

The factory bump stops are not interchangeable with the fox, king, or icon bump stops. The reason the aftermarket ones are so expensive is because they provide a mounting location and frame reinforcement. There are ways to not buy the whole kit but that requires some pretty extensive...

Make sure you turn trailer sway control off also, that has given me issues a few times when out playing.
