Decided to try the MT tires because they are about the same weight as the stock BFG's. Tire is a true radial (LT305/70R/18) but has more of a mud terrain tread (NOT the "Plus"). Hopefully best of both worlds. Will know this weekend!

I installed a McGuard on my tailgate. You need to keep it tight against the tailgate side and really crank down on it. If you do that it will certainly slow someone down at least. It is way more difficult to remove than just lifting it out which you can do with no lock in place. Tailgate Lock

I bought this. McGuard lock uses a hose clamp covered w rubber and a keyed screw. Works great and is theft proof. Amazon was cheapest, $20. McGard 76029 Tailgate Lock : Amazon.com : Automotive

It is a band/lock that goes over the right side hinge, which lifts out if not locked. It is super easy to steal a tailgate and to replace one on a Raptor is $4,000+. Tailgate Lock; Contains 1 Lock and 1 Key

THe first round is done. Did everything except wheels and tires which are next. The flat black flares, bumpers and skid plate turned out well. They still stand out from the body paint but don't have as much contrast.
