    Anyone having issues with GPS?

Drove about 4 hours home the other day and halfway home, the GPS had no idea where I was (showing me in another state). My SYNC is updated and the truck is a 2020 (4K miles).

    Curious only

I've owned 3 Rap's from 12 on till now 20. One thing that I've always wondered is "why would FORD move the location of the hot bundle for the switches, back and forth (left side, then right, then ...". Also, I can see why the wire color would change over the years but the manuals NEVER keep...

    What is the......

Noticed this morning when it was a little 'foggy' in the interior (cold) that the rearview mirror had a 'small square' piece in the center of it (could see due to temp change). Any idea what that square does?

For those trading 17's for the 19's......

What mileage and $'s are you getting from dealerships?

Funny how small the world is

There must have been one hell of a 'convention of paint distributors' somewhere in the woods or motel somewhere. Between Ford's 'Leadfoot' and Lithium and Harley Davidson's 'Gun Ship Gray along with Indian Motorcycles 'Star Silver', they ALL have that primer look. Just think it's...

Well, 3 days at the Dealership and Ford Engineers are....

Here we go. Last Thursday, driving down hwy in cruise, truck goes from 70 to 40mph, go to get on it, WRENCH & ODB light. Drive to dealer and the saga begins. Code: Misfire on FordPass Dealer starts down the road of (with Ford because as everyone is saying, Ford Engineers are figuring it out...

Time in your life when you know it's time....

Changing the oil yesterday in the Gen II and am close to making the decision to 'have someone else do it from now on'. It's like the day I made the decision to 'let someone else hang my drywall' moving forward. I think it hits us all at some point with everything...lol. I've done 30+ years of...

    Moving the Adaptive Cruise

Any issues with moving it to install a new bumper? Seems it's in a place for a reason and not sure if it needs to be recalibrate if moved higher up (not even sure if that's possible) but thinking it's reading an area and programed to incorporate a certain 'radar picture', that moving it may...

    Is it me or

Do the seats in the Gen II seem not as nice as my Gen I? The bolsters on the sides seem to be lower and not as nice. The leather also seems a little 'tougher'. Maybe it's just mine but was talking to another guy in the parking lot the other day (he has one also) and we both think the seats...

    Does FORD own wrenches?

After reading so many threads in almost every category, I'm hearing about "this bolt was loose, those bolts weren't tightened, etc etc etc. (Hood latches to oil pans). It is crazy to think that a 70K truck comes off the line in 2017 and nobody does even a half ass Q.A. check at some point. I...

    Rigid potentials?

Does anyone have some inside knowledge on Rigid making a single row RDS for the front? This seems to be the best way to go (from blocking the camera) and getting enough light. Hidden brackets would be awesome also. thoughts?

    What I've found thus far......

In the ENGINE BAY! WTF!!! Also reminded me to remove the UAW sticker. Amazing how you can have 15 QA depts and stuff like this gets through. The rubber band......behind and attached to the wires coming off the engine cover. The strap, right behind the fan.

What do the 'short' guys do?

Picked up my truck last night and today I was looking at the Oil fill (could they make it smaller?) and noticed that I had to stand on my tip toes to pull the dip-stick!. I'm 6'3" and I said to myself, dang, shorter guys will need a step ladder to check the oil!

    Need some interior light help

I have two 12" LED strips I'd like to install under both footwells up front and I'd like to tap into the dome light wire. Has anyone done this or could point me in the right direction? Really appreciate any help! I'd like them to dim with the dome if possible. Thanks:banghead:
