You’ve got a couple of these steps out of order.
1. Apply brake to come to a stop
2. Continue to hold brake, shift to N
3. Apply Parking Brake
4. Shift to Park

I had the exact same experience. Took some “gentle” and diplomatic convincing…but they replaced my rears and front passenger side strut. Much much better now.
However, I’m still not entirely convinced they shouldn’t have just replaced all four.
THANK YOU FOR THIS...I sent this to my service manager and once they had space, they got me in - ran and updated everything per this list (over 2 days) and now my '21 Gen3 Raptor is up-to-date!
Did the same thing. And really the only thing my family and I miss is how the bronco looked. But that's about it.

I could not agree MORE with this trade, because I did nearly the exact same thing. Had a '22 Bronco Wildtrak for a little over a year and traded it in for a great price on a used '21 F-150 Raptor. So happy to be back in a truck. And i'm sure I'll add a bronco back to the stable as a weekender...
