I got my bar today and I just have to say this thing is awesome. The bar system and mount that Big Blue came up with is very solid and well done. The lights are also extremely bright even with the windows closed. Thanks Big Blue!

I like it Mike, I'm guessing you ran the wire through the vent on the back of the cab?

From my experience it's been either coming into a stop or taking off from a stop.

My Tuff Stuff 30 made it through Havoc with no problems. I guess the only complaint I have is that it kept getting covered in mud! haha

I've had my 30" Tuff Stuff behind the grille for about a month now. This weekend at Havoc will be it's first real test.. I'll keep you all posted

That does actually help a lot, thanks! I think I will end up drilling new holes to mount the bar as that seems like it will be a more secure mount in the long run

Hey Tyler did you drill your own holes to mount the 30 in the upper grille? Or did you just use the existing holes that are already in the supports.. I have a 30" bar sitting here and I'm trying to decide which route to take

Have you guys been piecing smaller amber covers together to cover the whole bar or have you been finding full length ones? I can only seem to find 6" amber covers on Amazon.

I have them and I love them. They did great in the crazy winter we had here in the northeast.

For the helmets, do they need to be SA2010 rated? My co-driver needs a helmet and we weren't sure about the requirements

A few people have wrapped the fenders in black, but I've never seen white. It should be the same process though. You might want to look into getting them painted to match too, I've heard that might be the better option.
