I have a 23 (not R) with 9500 miles on it and the AC just stopped working. Dropped it off yesterday to have it looked at. TBD.

My driver door is the exact same way. Going to have Ford look at it whenever I take her in for the first time.

Mine rattled for about 50 miles after stepping on it on a few times on quick trip to Austin. Then the next time I drove it the engine shake went away.

I might have also had 1 night wondering if I made the right choice, but man once I saw it in person I fell in love with it.

My 23 has ambient lighting and its adjustable.

33 miles on mine when I picked it up.

And note, pictures don't do this color any justice. It is so badass in person. Nothing like it.

Haven't messed with it long enough to tell a difference in the modes, but can 100% tell a mpg difference when running 93 vs regular.

Yeah I'm definitely taking the dealers word over Ford Chat. Still frustrating hearing two different locations from two different sources. Tracker is basically useless.
