I tried a Braptor for the first time a few weeks ago. I have a Gen3 and I was thinking of trading mainly to be able to do a few more technical trails in CO. It felt like a fairly significant downgrade for road use. I'm sure Offroad on technical terrain level 4-6 / 10 it's way better than the...
I have the DB HD, spray in bed liner and just ordered the Buildright rear panels last night. I can let you know in a week or two if there is any interference issue.
You can get full synthetic version, just have to ask the dealer and pay more. They used 1qt bottles, I watched them, not the bulk blend.

Is anyone using the recommended Motorcraft full synthetic oil? Is it that terrible that nobody recommends it? I would prefer to have the oil changes done at the dealer to avoid any discussions for the next 8 years of extended warranty.
Thank you guys, you saved me some money:)
@spikeSiegel - you must be doing some serious trails. please Post back on the hitch slider after you get the chance to see it in action

Another nice to have is an iPhone 14pro- it gives you 2 years of satellite emergency communication and you don’t need a gear in anymore.
if you get serious about communications you can get a license and install a ham radio with aprs ~ this would allow your fan to track you on aprs.fi
Solid recommendations above on gear to carry. For the compressor I recommend the Milwaukee 18v and 2 batteries. Much easier to carry, doesn’t get as hot as others, much less noisy. You can also use the battery for your impact wrench. In addition it also works as a deflator ...
@JURASIK18 Sounds like ann interesting idea - I’ll have to check if mounted In that relatively center location I can still open the fridge. There might not be enough clearance, the center part of the Diamondback cover doesn’t open.
Hey guys, do you have any thoughts how to install a Dometic CFX3 45 in the bed of my truck without drilling? My truck has the LineX in the bed and Diamondback cover. I would prefer to install it temporarily in the bed for a roadtrip I plan in the summer - UT, MT, CO. No crazy trails maybe...
