65000 is not a high mileage motor. Unless you have beat it to death it's hardly broken in. I've had lots of motors north of 100k that lived on with power adders. I guess it depends on how you are gonna treat it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I just did a 800 mile round trip all interstate. Had the cruise set at 78 the whole way. Averaged 13.9 for the trip. Going to do the same trip in 2 weeks. Next time I'll drop the speed to 70 and see if the mileage changes.

Another product that works well on minor scratches in black paint is Kit Scratch Out. As long as the scratches are not deep this will remove them will minimal effort and hazing. I have had very good luck using this and meguires mirror glaze as a topping.

I just did a 800 mile trip and the truck now has about 1900 miles on it. the mileage is creeping up slowly. Average on the trip was 14 mixed highway and country roads. Not as good as my EB but better than my 78 big bronco. We'll see how it improves as the breakin miles add up.
