Gents, I’m sad to say this but I’ve had all four replaced about a year ago and I’m starting to notice quite a bit of noise coming from the rear again. Sounds like the exact same subtle clunk that I had in the beginning, likes golf ball rattling going over sharp bumps.
I’m starting to think...
Thanks. I was considering the same on my gen3 but it looks like it might be too shallow with this stupid wireless charger that doesn’t actually charge anything.
I guess it would depend on which radio I went with. It would have to be one that’s not as long in the back. Is that GRMS or HAM?
I’m looking to ad some comms to my truck for when I’m working in more remote areas and I was wondering if there are any mounting solutions for the radios. I’m thinking Either on top of the dash, though I like having that spare parts tray, or somewhere down lower off to the side but I don’t want...
If I wasn’t already annoyed due to my power going in and out as the power company works on the lines locally, I probably would have disregarded your lazy question. But alas, I’m on hold and have been for the past 10 minutes so here goes nothing.
No, another $500-$1000 in the grand scheme of...
I saw those but it’s the opposite of the color scheme I’m looking for. I’m also wondering if you can mount tires on the barrel of a beadlock wheel without using the beadlock ring, like the factory raptor beadlocks.
I’m wondering if anyone knows of any beadlock capable aftermarket wheels that offer beauty ring installation. I’ve been wanting the KMC Grenades for the longest time but don’t intend to run them as true beadlocks. I don’t see that they offer a beauty ring for them so I’m wondering if anyone...
With those low miles on the tires, that’s like 2k for the rims and imo you could get 2500 for the rims alone easy. Great price and good looking wheels, much better than the lighter grey version from the my21-22
Ok. Still confused here. But you can mount them any way you like and still have the lenses positioned in the correct direction. Just unscrew the lens caps and rotate them.
I’ve rotated the tires 4 times since I’ve owned the truck so I guess it’s about 5k miles between so far. I’ll make it a point to rotate them just before the 5k mile mark each time. I have a rim buying problem so I generally rotate them each time I mount new rims. On my third set now ♂️
My OEM Tires have about 20k miles on them and just went in to get the rims swapped over for the winter when the tech said that a few of the tires were cupping. They said that rotating them generally fixes it but I’m wondering what causes it to begin with? Some of the sites say that bad shocks...
Was driving yesterday and randomly my blinker noise stopped working (yes I checked, the blinker fluid is FULL). Got home and restarted and it came back on but never have I ever not had a blinker click with my blinker before. It was eerie and almost satisfying at the same time.
Soooo these aren’t GEN3 wheels but they’re my third set of rims purchased through @Pacific Wheel and I cant express how good their customer service is. Will continue to use these guys for future wheel purchases
Man sometimes I think ya’ll are just looking for a reason to chat with eachother. These threads devolve so quickly into “prolly gonna tune soon” or “my wife’s Elantra N roasted a 911”. Just exchange numbers already and text like normal people!
Yeah it just feels like a delayed reaction getting it into second gear and accelerating again. I’ll scan it this weekend and see if it’s throwing any codes and call my dealer on Monday to see if there’s any updates.
This has only happened a couple of times recently but still weird. Today I was sitting at a light and gradually applied the gas in first gear. It was normal acceleration, not too hard but also not out of the norm slow. When the truck shifted from first to second I could feel the pedal had less...
