Tell me about it! I have access to a ranch just south of us we do our long range shooting on... Managed to get myself stuck out there last time, so I got those new wheels and tires.
Thanks, its just something I do as a hobby! lol But been more like a full time job since November for some reason... lol
I'm in Midland pretty often, shoot in 3 gun out there every month. Just had a match Saturday.
But I got those exact wheels and tires, but in 35", 2 weeks ago...
I ordered the doubles I guess the week (before) they released the NV's... I honestly am still happy with the doubles & prefer them. There are a ton of Raptors out here in west Texas in the oil patch, but haven't seen any with Methods.
I agree. Its a minor detail heavily out weighed by the advantages/aesthetics of mid perch. I wonder if the RPG UCA's and tie rods would help? That is on my short list
After I picked up my truck and driving home on the hwy it just felt mushy & floaty. Not really sure how to best describe it. Don't really notice it driving in town, but at 75-80 you feel it more.
I just got mine done, after install of some new Methods and Toyo M/T's, all I can say is, I wish I didn't wait a year to do it!!! The truck looks much better, a little floaty on the road, but not bad. Haven't taken it on the dirt yet.
Ordered some Methods & Toyo Open Country M/T late Wed. Tires showed up today! Threw them on and went to break them in!
Couldn't be happier with Ryan at SDHQ.

I live out in the boonies & reception does suck, but don't really listen to the radio. My only problem is it got sheared off some how?? Was detailing the truck when I noticed it was gone.... Lol
I hate needing the front plate & even worse are the stupid window stickers! But it is nice to have a few cool plate options
But since I have a gun store and my truck is at the range all the time I went with:
You are correct you can carry in your home, car, & work without a licnese. Effective 9/2007. Now I have not heard of a law saying you cannot let someone else drive?? Now, its not smart.
A good idea if you don't want a "holster" always in your truck:
