Adding to this, ADM can be explained simply by supply and demand. Sticker has little to do with that.

Counter to that, MSRP is overinflated in itself to make you think you're getting the deal of the century getting that $8-10k off. New vehicles are not running off the lot (in a paying customers hand) without plenty of profit to be made ESPECIALLY on the top trims where the margin is meatiest...

Got a 6yr/100K warranty. It will be traded in before either of those limits....every 10k for me. In addition, my buddy is a mechanic at a local Ford and said there is no problem changing the oil when it tells you to. My .02.
