Looking for a Gen 3 OEM front bumper without any damage to it. Presumably someone who almost immediately put on an aftermarket bumper after buying a new truck.
Thanks!
This happened to me for the first time about 3 months ago. Maybe 8k miles on a 22. It was so loud, I'm sure I suffered some hearing loss before I figured out I couldn't turn it off and got out of the truck. It took 20min for it to stop. Turned the truck on and off several times. Ultimately...
Yeah there's something amiss here. Check all the hose connections for leaks.
I installed a CVF intercooler with a stock tune and the truck runs better, idles smoother, and MPG is more consistent.
Ah okay.
And with the SAE S2 kit, both pairs are wide cornering yes? And you can't stagger amber with white in the kit it looks like. Just both pairs amber or both pairs white?
What would be the major difference between this design and the S2 pro kit linked here https://www.4x4truckleds.com/baja-designs-dual-fog-pocket-kit-s2-pro-for-2021-ford-f150-bronco-raptor/ ?
None of the above.
I just installed the CVF titan 2 in the stock location. No trimming on the Gen 3. Took 3.5hrs and the last hour was me just wedging it up into place with a jack. I noticed an immediate difference in drivability. Even the idle isn't as rough now. I live in Texas and the heat...
As Archer would say "phrasing"...
But, yes, I updated my first post to say that's what I effectively did. It's possible to do all of this by yourself and without a lift. Is it optimal? Probably not. It took about 3.5hrs and the last hour was me determining that the IC wasn't pressed up into the...
I think so. I moved them from the old IC to the new IC accordingly. It's just a very very tight fit to get the grommets in the upper part.
I used a 1/4in thick neoprene washer to fix the fan assembly spacing as opposed to metal.
I'm in the process of installing this and I can't seem to get the top two rubber grommets into holes at the top when sliding it up into place. Did anyone else have this issue? I removed the shroud (I have a 2022 so I don't i'd need to trim).
So when I install the support bar, I'm torquing down...
I misinterpreted the install of those pipes as "testers". Apologies. I'm about to install mine and wanted to see if I should get them and do it all at once. Looks like I'll pass..
Great write-up though so I appreciate it. Will be using it for sure.
Has anyone in this thread installed the new hot and cold pipe upgrades for the Gen 3?

Hello! I love the new wheels you put on. Do you happen to have a view down the side of the truck? Wondering what the offset looks like visually. Thank you!
