The stealth version of the XPEL doesn't stretch as much as the normal shiny version. This could be a contributing factor.

Yeah there's something amiss here. Check all the hose connections for leaks. I installed a CVF intercooler with a stock tune and the truck runs better, idles smoother, and MPG is more consistent.

Mine does this. I believe it’s the transmission skipping gears as it doesn’t go through 1-10 in order. It’ll skip lower to mid level gears depending.

None of the above. I just installed the CVF titan 2 in the stock location. No trimming on the Gen 3. Took 3.5hrs and the last hour was me just wedging it up into place with a jack. I noticed an immediate difference in drivability. Even the idle isn't as rough now. I live in Texas and the heat...

Yes on the Gen 2's you have to trim .25in I've seen reported. Gen 3 you don't but CVF really utilized every mm of space in that area to size that IC.

I think so. I moved them from the old IC to the new IC accordingly. It's just a very very tight fit to get the grommets in the upper part. I used a 1/4in thick neoprene washer to fix the fan assembly spacing as opposed to metal.

I'm in the process of installing this and I can't seem to get the top two rubber grommets into holes at the top when sliding it up into place. Did anyone else have this issue? I removed the shroud (I have a 2022 so I don't i'd need to trim). So when I install the support bar, I'm torquing down...
