I would sand away with the rust with lightest grit posible, lay a couple coats of paint, let it dry then lay down a nice thick heavy bead of body seam caulk /sealant, right along the middle of the seam. it’s paintable. That way the rubber seal on the cab doesn’t wear through the paint again...

Yeah it’s known that the exhaust doesn’t clear deavers. Cut it, and dump it , you will be fine. Besides, the CO2 is already being filtered from the cats. It gave me an execute to get the JBA side exit exhaust setup when i put my deavers on.

Yeah the FP/spicer diff cover bolts are a known issue here, I got some grade bolts aswell when i installed mine . Good call on the lube locker though!
