I just finished installing a Full Race intercooler, radiator, and transmission cooler along with stage 2 from Goosetuned. I haven't even sent him any data logs yet to tweak it and this thing absolutely rips with the very first tune. Amazing stuff dude.
That was lots of fun getting that radiator in. Lol. Intercooler coupling was fun also. I'm bruised and cut up all over but man does that stage 2 Goosetuned absolutely rip in these trucks.
Bed brace is installed. Just need to pick up my two spares on Monday and start saving for the rear bypasses. Everything fits just like I was planning so far.
Yep. Those are the mounts for bypasses thru the bed. What straps were you using? I just ordered some of the Y straps from Alpine Offroad that are supposed to have hooks made to work with the RPG rack so hopefully those work okay.
Just seeing if anyone knows what front mount intercoolers are compatible with the RPG front bumpers. I was looking at doing the Cobb FMIC but I'm not sure if the clearance is enough with the RPG bumpers to use that.
Thanks
If anyone is still looking for a mount for the Badlands jack Barnes 4WD is making them. They come in raw steel but they look really nice. I'm going to be mounting it on my RPG rack when it comes in. I liked the way this one held the jack the best out of the few available.
I'm running 37" BFG all terrains and they seem pretty small so I figured I could probably get away with just pinch weld and some trimming. At the least I might go ahead and do fiberglass up front but stick with stock width. I appreciate the input. Glad to hear the stock width with a bypass works...
I have an RST18 on the way and will be upgrading to 3.0s up front when I do the rear bypasses. Would I be okay just adding the RPG upper and lower control arms in the stock width that can have the added bypass up front? The truck is a daily driver and I have to drive thru chemical plants that...
Installed the US Cargo Control rails to tie down my work tool box and had the shop order me a RST18 with the recovery rack so I can have somewhere to put some spares and a jack while I save up for the expensive bits.
I had the exact same issue after having the cam phasers done under my extended warranty. I took it back to the dealer but they couldn't find where it was leaking but I had a terrible experience with that dealer and don't want to deal with them if I don't have to. Extended warranty is gone now...
It took a while to find one completely stock and still in decent shape. Interior is in great shape and even still has third row. I'm going to build it out eventually and do a motor swap to a 12v p pump down the road. My son is almost one so I have a little while to mess with it before he starts...
