I would look at the hood hinges. Typically if a bolted on part moves, you can see an outline where the bolt was prior to the move. With all of the random Covid truck type of problems, I wouldnt be surprised if they just didnt tighten the hood bolts and the thing shifted while driving.... Thats...
Yea! Ya little sissy man! How dare you want technology and convenience! You should be happy with sitting on a plywood bench with no padding. The more pain you're in while driving, the more manly you are!
Honestly, blue cruise is one of the main reasons I ordered a 21. Dont listen to these...
Im totally with you on that, man. I knew what you were saying. I have seen a good number (approx 5-6 for those that require it) at one dealership alone. All were used for 15K over sticker as well. Crazy.
You're on the right track I would say. Just keep after it and the right deal will come...
Unacceptable. This man needs you to take that nationwide search, break it up into zones of your choosing, make a pie graph of each of these zones with attached tables showing the average, mean and median price per zone. Get your crap together before you make some arbitrary post next time, man...
This is my guess. Ive seen a good number of used trucks as well.
I can say form experience that they are not boring! At least to me. Fun is relative I suppose.
Man, I wish I could give you some sort of hope, unfortunately, from my experience its difficult. Regarding the tracking tools and reaching out to dealers and the plant, these were all basically useless while I was waiting. And believe me, I tried everything humanly possible to get new...
I recently noticed this same rattle... I thought it was my license plate for a bit until I put two additional screws in it. Unfortunately, that wasnt the issue.
Is there a fix from Ford on this issue yet?
Unfortunately, I would say that the wait is normal. But so is a super short wait time. I have consistently seen both long and short over the past 1.5 years or so.
Believe me, there is nothing you can do about it either way. You're just along for the ride, man.
Best thing to do is just get...
Man, I would say the Ford one is correct if I had to guess. Mine showed shipped via Ford and still awaiting shipment through the order tracker. The tracker was a week or so behind.
I tried this exact same thing in Houston to no avail. My understanding is that the dealer can give you this info, though. Hopefully your dealer isnt full of incompetent morons. Good luck!
I actually did go back and get my deposit back! Probably should have added that info.. lol.. I only got it back because I had text proof that they promised me they had an allocation. The dealers manager would only even begin considering giving the deposit back after I sent him screenshots...
I only found out because when I talked the other dealer into MSRP, I tried to pass my first order off to another member. They told that person that they didnt have an allocation... Unfortunately, theres not really any good way to find out.
Hello fellow Raptor enthusiasts,
A couple of weeks ago, literally one year to the day, I finally picked up my work truck white 22, so I thought id make a quick post.
It was a journey, man... I made an initial order with a smaller dealer that took a $1000, non-refundable deposit and lied to me...
Man, I hate to say it, but its best to just forget about it until it shows up. If you try to stay out of the dark, you'll only infuriate yourself.
You can see my signature for what I would consider to be worst case scenario. Honestly, just expect it to take forever and your life will be so...
My god, man. I figured it was an isolated event and that I was the only one... lol
I was backed into my driveway close to the garage door when it happened to me. My guess is that the parking sensors were picking up my garage door as the truck was starting and it tried to send an audible warning...
For sure, man. I agree that this is normal. Dont get me wrong, the truck is amazing and absorbs a ton and I'm super happy with it. I did expect a little smoother ride under certain circumstances, though. Im planning to lower my tire pressure and see what that does. I'll try and remember to make...
I have the exact same thoughts about mine. Every time I see a dip or speed bump or whatever, Im sure to hit it at a decent speed to see the response. That being said, on the concrete roads I travel to and from work, there are "joints" where the road is split into sections... These joints seem to...
Im hoping I dont have a similar issue... I did notice that my auto setting was turned off the other day, I just havent tested everything after turning it on. Please keep us updated, though! Sorry for the trouble!
I feel you, man. I was in a Civic while I waited on mine, which made the negotiations interesting to say the least. I eventually just stopped telling them I had a trade altogether. lol
