The ACC is in the front bumper on driver side. I did not have to remove it from bumper and it has been working fine. I did save my relocation bracket in case I buy the ADD the Stealth bumper later on. I dont think the bumper has to come off if your just doing intercooler.

I installed the long section for tow straps. I had to drill and tap threads for the fasteners to go in place. There were existing holes but not treads. The short side would not fit due to 400watt inverter.

Measurements screen as I like watching the intake temps go way back down in stop and go from the large intercooler.

You will want a diode so the power does not back feed to the door signal wire and turn on the interior and exterior welcome lights.

I did not need a spacer on my valve. Its a straight valve on 23 model.

Congratulations on your new Raptor. I have been curious on the Whipple tune myself as there is no options for 23 models as of yet. Im sure its a lot more responsive from a stop.

It will not have any negative effects to return the tuning back to stock and use the Whipple intake and intercooler.

I bought these used powersteps and the step is too low to the ground for a stock 35 truck. These may be better for a leveled or lifted truck. Asking $945 picked up only. They have some light scuffs from moving them around along with water spots. In Lubbock TX.
