My truck is "built" status (ordered 2/28, have VIN and sticker obviously) and I got the stupid email as well. Seems overly broad, not sure what part of the process is being slowed down, but maybe it's another excuse to drag ass at every level.
I'm being told almost the exact the same thing, despite strongly suggesting that my dealer order me a 22. Not sure if there's something we don't know (unlikely) or if it's incompetence slash chaos (almost definitely).

I have the same question - ordered 6/18 and have been unscheduled/clean since then. Then today when I called, he told me "in order processing." Is this forward progress? Or an indication something is wrong with the order?
