I appreciate the awesome feedback. I won't be going with the Recon's now. What are some other good projector headlights? I'm considering just buying the OEM ones even though they cost a pretty penny..
I'm about to order the Recon Projector Headlights w/ CCFL and I'm in a dilemma as in which HID setup to go with. Any solid recommendations? Also I'll have to get 4 bulbs due to the separate hi/lo beams.
I've heard good reviews about Retrofit but would also like some other opinions.
-Thanks!
Getting some stuff done to my Raptor at R&R earlier this week and saw these beautiful things lying on the showroom floor. Which would y'all go with if you had the choice?
Here are some pictures of during and after the run. I unfortunately didn't get there till late Saturday so I was only able to run one full lap on Sunday. Still well worth it!

I'm replacing my RBP CAI mostly due to the fact that it's the worst one I've ever owned. I was wanting to switch to AFE and was wondering which filter you guys went with. Do y'all feel more comfortable with an oiled or dry filter?
-Thanks
The two places I go to my Raptor fits with ease with no trouble. If you live in the DFW area I go to either Rapids off Hwy 26 or Kwik Kar Wash off Hwy 377. Both are very good and have kept my business for years.
Haha, that's bad ass. I still remember the biggest grin I had just driving my Raptor off the lot, let alone first time taking it off road. Just incredible.
After mud/dirt/rain my shocks look like a big brown turd pretty much. I was thinking of shining them up to look all nice and pretty for the run next weekend and was wondering what you guys clean yours with? I was thinking 409 or something in the neighborhood of that but wasn't sure if this could...
Awesome. I'm going to take it off before this weekend for a couple practice runs off road to make sure I like it before the real run next weekend in Blackwell.
Not trying to hijack this thread but I've kept mine on all 40k miles. After reading up on it more I want to take it off, is this easy to do with basic tools?
I normally just do a simple wave. Most of the time they wave back and if they don't I assume they didn't see me. At night though I flash my KC's and I always get a flash back.
