GEN 2 - Fuel pressure issue?

Are the VCT solenoids located on the back side of the head, driver side? I found a diagram from a 2011 ecoboost but was unable to find a diagram for a newer version of the engine. When you say cycle the solenoid with a jumper, I’m assuming you would use a ground signal to cycle the solenoid...

GEN 2 - Fuel pressure issue?

Two new codes today. Idling at a light in traffic the engine dropped to 400-500rpm but didn’t die. Went into limp mode. P0011 P0016

GEN 2 - Fuel pressure issue?

I have an OBD2 scanner that also reads DTC’s - albeit somewhat questionably it seems.

GEN 2 - Fuel pressure issue?

I was able to pull the DTCs and it came up with “P1035 - Cylinder 3 fuel injector heater circuit high”. Any ideas?

GEN 2 - Fuel pressure issue?

I’ve never used ForScan. I will download it this evening and see what I can find out. If you had to guess, what would you guess is causing the issue?

GEN 2 - Fuel pressure issue?

Recently have been having a random fuel pressure issue at start up after the truck has been sitting overnight. The engine will take about 7-8 seconds of turning over before it cranks up, once it starts it running normal. The Ford app sends me a notification stating the “fuel control system is...

SPD Equal Length Resonator Delete (Gen3-like trombone) for Gen2s

I have the SPD downpipes, turbo adapters, and QTP cutouts - but the cutouts come with a mid pipe that deletes the same resonator and I have stock cat-back. With the cutouts closed, my truck sounds very similar to the truck on SPD’s site. If I could do it over again, I would buy this resonator...

Ah, thank you for responding - that solved my problem also.

"Terrain management not available" after leaving a parking lot

Was there ever a resolution to this? I just got the same notification on my 2019 today.

What did you do to your Raptor today? (Gen2)

Installed SPD downpipes and QTP electric cut outs - video is cold start with cut outs open.

My ‘19 makes a sound very similar to the one you’re describing. I haven’t been able to figure it out yet either.

    Auxiliary Switches

I’m hoping someone here has crossed this bridge already. I installed a set of electric cutouts on my truck, the toggle switch that comes with the kit is a momentary switch that sends 12v to open the cut outs and reverses the polarity when toggled the opposite way to close the cut outs. I’m...

FSA 21B10 - Cam phaser update?

Local dealer claims they performed the update for the cam phasers on my 2019 - leaving the dealership, crank it up and it rattles. Like someone on here said in one of my threads, I have a dealer issue more than a truck issue.

    Wheel Bearing

I understand your point of not knowing the history prior to purchase - nothing else is showing wear or signs of abuse. The dealer replaced the entire hub - could you elaborate on the critical part of the install that could have been done incorrectly? I’ve replaced hubs due to bad wheel bearings...

    Wheel Bearing

The post was more of a venting session than anything. But, the real reason I started the post is I am curious if anyone else has experienced the wheel bearing going bad so quick, and more so having two go bad - just got off on a tangent.
