I had that same sound on mine. Thought it was the injectors initially but when I got the cam phasers replaced that sound went away along with the cold start rattle.

This all sounds great when the market only goes up, but don't forget that when the market took a hit in 2000, it was 15 years before the Nasdaq returned to where it was before the hit occurred.
I went ahead and disassembled the switches, cleaned them up with some isopropyl alcohol and now they seem to be working well. I didn't see anything obviously dirty when I took it apart but either the cleaning or the disassembly/reassembly seemed to have helped.
I have found that if I give a solid thump to the steering wheel just above the switches they start working correctly again, at least for a while. I assume this means the issue is definitely in the switch pack and not something more sinister.
My 2017 has started doing this as well. Usually pressing the volume up button triggers the voice command. Sometimes they work right, sometimes they don't. It's very frustrating, has anyone determined what the root cause is?
