I'm having the same problem. I think its because they are such a big tire (35/13.50) and a little harder to get balanced right.

I just drove 3 hrs to NC and they rode pretty good. I still think they are a little out of balance but so far so good. I even drove in the rain and they performed great on the wet pavement.
