I believe its painted. Its the back right and left fenders. Not 100% where it came from I was just guessing it was the city trash can sitting in the alley but I barely I mean barley bumped it. Could be from Previous owner or on the streets/parking lot/dealership.

I couldn't really tell any difference on the plastic shiny when I using the magic eraser. where do you see the differences? Could just be the angle of the picture I hope. Hard to tell now with all rain and freezing rain to go look at it now. That sucks if it did do what you are saying:flame:
