I wanted to race the Baja 1000 on my dirtbike one year. Looked it up and its a lot of work. Glad I didn't rush into it.
For you, a stock roush raptor wont make it 20 feet if its an offroad race. If its modded, sell the mods and enter the race.
My passenger one snagged over the whoops at Dove springs once. pulled the old one out since it was hanging and jacked. Got a free one from Tizzle and took it to ford and said it fell out on the freeway :) Warranty fix

I like the idea of the fine mesh and hidden lights. To me that's functional.

Thanks, Looks like my options are to work with an auto wrecking yard to get something that does not go on the road (engine/frame parts, etc.). Or, maybe they can bid for a transaction fee if I release liability and use it for parts, not registered with DMV as a vehicle, etc.
