    Well I took it in. Unsuccessful. Guy was real nice. However he said they tried multiple times. My truck via, VIN has the most recent update for that truck. All systems checked and TSB performed. Not sure what to do. Question for those who have got OTA. Are you setting the emergency brake?

    Also can remove the profile from CarPlay (Settings/General/CarPlay) and start over. I have to do this when phone will not connect with wireless and USB. This fixes stuff for me.
