    Lightning style exhaust

Si, it only a single pipe. It do be like that. I didn't see anything in the OP's posts about needing the two-pipe exit, just side exit. If it needs to be two pipes, then look elsewhere I guess. Removing drone with a lightning style exhaust will be tough without a resonator of some sort, and the...

    Lightning style exhaust

Look into the dirty deeds lightning exhaust. They build a helmholtz (sp?) resonator into the pipe to cut down/eliminate drone. http://dirtydeedsindustries.com/product/ford-raptor-system/ It looks like they raised the price a bit, but I think they are made to order, so reach out to see if they...

GEN 1 Rear Differential Whine on 2014

Interested to hear how this pans out - just noticed that mine has a bit of a whine when I let off the gas (most noticeable at highway speeds). Good luck, OP!

Gen 1 Kooks Catted Y-pipe - Never Used

If you end up buying kooks headers, let me know! I just want to see this piece used - such a shame to have it just sitting in a garage..

Gen 1 Kooks Catted Y-pipe - Never Used

Hey I'm selling this kooks catted y-pipe for 2010-2014 6.2 Raptors. I originally bought this off of ebay with the intent of having a local fabricator make it work for my setup, but I ended up just having him build be a custom y pipe in the long run. I tried to return it on ebay, but due to...

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

Update time! After receiving the corsa, I noticed that I was getting a rattle at idle, and narrowed it down to the cats from the stainless works LT headers. Technically, I could have ordered replacement SW cats from ebay and had a shop put them on, but I have a big gripe about the stainless...

EV Trucks Off-Road, what range do you think we'll see

Just wanted to jump in here and say if you're reading this, listen to Melvimbe and B E N . EV trucks have the potential to be very exciting in many ways, but they're also in their infancy. I think it will be a good 10 years until we have anything that will even come close to the performance of...

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

hrsprs update! Finally bought a corsa catback exhaust -- once snowmageddon has passed here in Colorado, I'll install it. Can't wait to hear what it sounds like with the stainless works headers!

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

I know there's a post with all of the build numbers and what not, but it seems to be temporarily messed up from messy posting, so I'll just update my own build thread haha. My raptor is #15,412 of 22,409 for 2014. Of those, mine is #5,911 of 8,594 in Tuxedo Black Metallic. And finally, my build...

List of Raptor Production Numbers from SVT and Owner Registry

Are the posts fixed yet? Just got my info today to add to the list, but it looks like there were some issues with the list recently. Which post should I pull from to add my info?

Thanks! Black on black was tempting, but its been done a billion times. Definitely glad I went with bronze.

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

Thanks! Yeah right now I'm just waiting for a good warm day to get the front done. I don't know if they've ever been replaced, but if I'd had to guess I'd say no. Looking forward to getting it done!

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

Finally got started on replacing my shocks this last weekend. I think I'll need a couple more tools before I tackle the fronts. I was surprised by how easy it was to replace the rears. Judging by how well the truck rides with the rears replaced, I'm very excited to replace the fronts! In other...

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

Another update! Finally installed my new shifter from B&M. My stock shifter had the chrome flaking off and had seen better days. The install was easy, and I'm very pleased with how it turned out! Also I was able to snag some used rebuilt shocks from a fellow member. I'm going to run these for a...

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

New goodies update: Ordered a retractable tonneau and some off road led lights from offroad alliance. Both installs went pretty smoothly. The lights took some tweaking but they work well so far. I wired them up to my aux switches - feels good to have something hooked up to those! I'll need to...

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

Small update after the holidays: Took the truck up to the mountains for a week. It handled the snow and cold well! Ordered some parts to refresh a few things: - front door speakers (front passenger is blown - just discovered this on this trip) - sound deadening / insulation foam (want to cut...

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

Update - I passed emissions! I wasn't too worried, but I have no idea how old the stainless works headers and cats were, so I was crossing my fingers that they would be okay. Turns out that they only wanted to hook up to my obd2 to check that I didn't have any CELs and that my sensors were all...

Basically, you can use a spark plug defouler that is drilled out to pull the sensor a little bit away from the heat of the exhaust. I you google them, you'll find some. I think they're 7/8ths size.

    Yeldarb's 2014 Raptor Adventure

And they call this the wild west, huh? Haha Here there's a private company that the govt works with. They only do emissions for the big counties on the front range (aka Denver and the surrounding areas). Everywhere else in CO there's no testing. The state has been going back and forth for years...
