    Chip Holds-Current Shortage?

I saw an article yesterday that discussed the impending chip glut, evidently car sales have slowed enough that there seems to not be a chip shortage coming soon. Although Ford has really mismanaged the whole shortage thing from orders that simply disappeared to yearlong deliveries. So not sure...

    Gas Mileage Discrepancy?

Mine is usually within 1 mpg, however when driving all highway then back to short distances it does take some time to correct.

    Being offered a 22 with no Moonroof---Normal?

I did not want the roof, got it due to power tailgate, I use the truck as a truck so the tailgate is great, only used the moonroof once just to see if it worked. Could care less about it, but I do like the power tailgate when my hands are full.

    ADM closer to ending?

Ya'll are making me feel really good about my 21 at MSRP and 1.9%, hoping to pay if off in late Sumeer of 23, got 19 left to go. Best Truck I ever had so far, even better than my Gen 1 which was an awesome truck, but it never got 15 mpg around town. Mileage keeps getting better as the miles roll...

Gen 1 vs Gen 3 “at a glance”

I have had many people tell me that they liked my truck both my Race Red Gen 1 and my code Orange Gen 3. It is one of the best looking trucks ever made. no matter which gen you have. I have never heard anyone say they didn't like the look of a Ford Raptor,

Cleaning Spray-In Bed Liner on '21

I have a roll up cover with a Ford spray in liner, the liner gets scuffed up with anything heavy or sharp I put in it. My plan is to overspray the original liner with an aerosol spray liner every 3 years or so, that should keep it looking good. It is a truck bed after all, and I bought it to...

    So this just happened….

I live in Georgia, and while it is a good state buying cars is NOT a good thing in this state. When you go to title any vehicle, you have to pay a 7% tax even if you buy it used from another person. It effectively kills buying used vehicles to avoid sales tax. My Montana, here I come...

    Gen 3 Thefts

I have seen alot of videos where they buy a passenger door handle to put on drivers side. It seems easier and cheaper to just pop the rod off the lock. Result is the same, you can turn that key cylinder all day but the door wont open, although the idiots may damage some paint in a vain attempt...

Congrats, Glad you're here. I hope you enjoy that Truck as much as I have mine. I would highly recommend the Raptor Assault course in UT, Ford will send you a letter, it is free, minus the travel, alot of fun...

    $7.50 gallon gas

When Brandon canceled everything, Trump had done with energy on Day one, he did it only because he was told to - Trump Bad man. The problem is EVERYTHING depends on energy, either directly or indirectly. When the Peanut headed Carter, tried to force OPEC they cut supply back in the 70's it drove...

    G3 availability?

I found one for MSRP last year, after looking online for 6 mos. and calling like 100 dealers. If you have the time, it can be had but you will have to look nationwide.

CEO of Dodge announces muscle transition from gas to electric.

EV's will NOT save anything, if you consider the life cycle of the entire car, from batteries to motors they are a huge waste of resources. It takes thousands of gallons of diesel fuel in mining the raw minerals for the batteries, let alone the damage to the environment from strip mining, we...

    What do you guys think?

Makes me want to sell mine, JUST KIDDING! I will and have never paid over sticker for any new vehicle. People will tell you that you can't find it, but you can, just be patient, be nice on the phone and call allot of dealers. They are out there, but it does take some time to find, since my time...

The long term impact of ADM

The following commentary does not reflect that of the Raptor Forum or any of it's members, it is meant for my own anger management exercise. Please do not read on if you are easily triggered... While I recognize it is within the law for dealers to charge ADM and for the super rich to pay it...

Another what the hell is this thread

Yup, back in "the day" I had to cut part of a Chevy Vega apart only to find the rattle was a taped-up sardine can with a few pebbles inside, the note taped to the outside said "I bet it took you a while to find this one", regrettably, it did.

    Collectors Truck

I plan to retire next year and spend my days building/rebuilding old muscle cars and trucks, starting now with a 1970 Bronco, dropping a Gen 3 coyote, 10R80 Trans with an Atlas she will be a dangerous animal. I think there will be a market for them in the coming years. NO EV's with my money...

    Scored Raptor R

I will have to wait until I can find one at MSRP or maybe used. 2025 is coming so maybe then, would love to get one though, I have a Gen 3 2021 now, but I still miss that big 6.2L v8 and I'm sure that I will get along with the new V8 just fine. Well see, but hope springs eternal.
