Here the deal I was a 3x master tech for 30yrs dealers as well as race shops and independent repair,then owning my own shop, most techs suck when it comes down to having to do diagnostics on wiring etc, they can do simple stuff even dealer Techs aren’t great ,it’s why they have to have those...
Really sweet ride, but not sure about that 20-30% price thing, I feel for all thos ppl who end up over paying when things drop to normal in a yr..man just a sweet ride..if it was closer to 65-70k it would be in my ballpark…someone’s getting a heck of a ride..:)
Ok anyone who believes those numbers is dreaming..first of it’s the same driveline period, same trans power output, everything…nothing is different between the gen2 and gen3 from what I’ve read and been told,and seen first hand , plus not that it matters but I’m a tech with 30 plus yrs...
Sound like a sc 6.2 raptor is a good truck then..? I’ve been thinking about getting one..I’ve got a ECOBOOST GEN FX2 with only 25k miles, but I’ve dumped about 90k including the purchase price, and it’s on airbags so I can lower it to transfer from my wheelchair being a DVET…

Ok this is a simply over lay of a GEN1 stock block running the Borg Warner Ford turbos /BORLA turbos 598TQ @3600 rpm 482HP @5850 rpm .on a 93can tune with the BORLA kit.
these aren’t even meant to be close to the CRP STAGE 4 or stage 5 turbos..close to the stage 3 as the exhaust side is still...
Hi guys know this is a older post, but I’d like to know what ended up happening with these turbos..as besides the raptor stuff I’ve got a gen1 which I’ve got so much money in I can’t afford to get rid of it being including the purchase price I’ve spent easy a additional 40-45k with suspension...
If you had gotten the stage5 you could of done 720rwhp ona 93 pref tune 690rwhp stage4 on 93 tune.. if you have head work then 750-800 or more on e85..the HP numbers seem to be low on some of the members trucks on this forum..
What’s crazy is how some guys get away with running 550-650 rwhp...

Guys boost city did stage4 turbos manifolds turbo inlets Cai CAC, and on a 93 only tune made 694RWHP , 655RWTQ I don’t get all the 530rwhp talk unless you guys aren’t wanting to make anymore , plus the none HO gen2 has made over 530rwhp on stock turbos..
