    Is it possible.....

I'll sum it up in one word: don't. If you just can't help yourself, then sell the Raptor and use the proceeds to buy a more suitable donor truck and the parts you want. Personally, I'd go with a regular cab F150 XL 5.0 short bed.

    Low mileage

A stock 2013 SCRW with only 2400 (that's twenty-four HUNDRED) miles just sold on Bring A Trailer this week for $71,500.

Nitto Terra Grappler G2 a big plus one in my book.

I used to sell and install Nitto Terra Grapplers for years at the dealership I worked for. Good quality, good looking, good value; it was our best selling all-terrain tire. That said, it is not as "serious" an off-road tire as some others out there. But if your usage is biased heavily toward...

    Back window shattered, trust Safelite?

In addition to variables in the quality of the technicians, I would also be concerned over the source of your replacement window. If it's not OEM, then beware of aftermarket suppliers for your glass. Numerous variables in quality of materials and construction exist, and insurance companies...

    Extending Sunroof Drain Lines

Aren't the rocker panels and cab corners exposed to moisture when driving in the rain or fording streams anyway? In other words, aren't they gonna get wet anyway?

GEN 1 Daily Driving with Supercharger

2013 Roush Stage II, 44K miles, averaging12.2 mpg combined city/highway. Premium fuel, of course. If you stay out of the boost, the supercharger doesn't really draw any power and economy is on par with a naturally aspirated Raptor. If you have a heavy foot, your mileage may vary.

    Drone free, really?

Hey, same issue with my Roush system. I still have my OE resonator that I can splice in, too. Where is it most effective, in front of the muffler or behind it?

    Deals on 37s?

What exactly constitutes a "deal"? As already posted, pandemic has driven up prices and limited your choices. Of course, you could lower your standards and settle for some 2nd or 3rd tier brand like Milestar, Ironman, Federal, or Thunderer. But you aren't getting BFG, Goodyear, or Toyo...

6.2 Need help regarding Catalytic converter

Everyone likes clean air, but C.A.R.B. is damn government tyrrany on steroids. Won't be long until the only Raptor you can buy is electric.

As mentioned already, Badlands Off Road Park in Attica, Indiana is only 2.5 hours south of downtown Chicago. Lots of options including sand, mud, water, hills, rocks, and trails. Go easy the first time out. As you grow your experience, feel free to push your comfort zone a bit. Purchase a...

5 Gen 1 beadlock rims with beauty rings

So the beadlock rings were painted? What is the type of paint used? Was the underlying chrome (or stainless) finish scuffed up in preparation for paint?

    Sold for $59,500 on BAT.

2014 Raptor with under 2k miles.

Wow, what a find! I'd like to take a poll of the FRF's best and brightest: will this truck spend the rest of its life as a garage/museum/trailer queen, or will it get driven in the manner it was purposed?

GEN 1 I need help with this Weird Sound while accelerating

My experiences with variable engine ticking sounds, especially those that amplify in direct proportion to throttle input, point to exhaust gas pressure leaking. A staccato ticking sound points to an individual cylinder exhaust port at the manifold. The amplitude of the sound will move in...

    Withdrawal symptoms & Service question

Two words: Technician Shortages If you work in the business, you already know how serious it currently is. Though there may be small pockets here and there that are unaffected, this is a nationwide issue that has been growing over the past decade. Good techs are retiring or leaving at a...
